One TT tire shows lots of wear

We have a fairly new TT where we had taken a few short trips. Last week we prepared our truck and TT for our long awaited trip out west from the east coast. We arrived in South Dakota and noticed three tires still looked new but the fourth looked like we had driven 50K on it. We are concerned as to what could be causing this. Any ideas? Thank you....Larry
