Although our Mammoth shower head had five stream settings, it was inefficient in water usage and worked poorly when on low pressure shore connections. In the past, I used the one setting Oxygenics model marketed toward RV'ers with success. This time I chose their 1.75 gpm multi stream PowerMassage 88446 model:

After a week of showers with this upgraded head, I can fully recommend this model for RV's with the caveat that it does not have a shut off valve (neither does the model sourced by Host).
