I am always puzzled when one elects to go the Service Body route and they cut out the cabinets or reduce the heights and depth of the cabinets to attach their camper to it. Then pay twice as much for it, too.
For many years I have shared a different approach by attaching the camper to the top of the utility boxes. After almost 9 years of backroad travel I still have not had issues with retaining the camper or damage to the service body, ironically ordered out of the Knapheide catalog. Those that are familiar with me know I don't travel paved roads very much.
