Outside shower retro fit
Back before my wife and I were into TCs we loved to tent camp as I’m sure most of us did before we dropped the dime on our rigs.
One of the little goodies we collected was a "Zodi" shower. This is a sweet duel burner that can peel your skin off in sub-freezing temps if you’re not careful. Any hoo, I wanted to add this gem to my arsenal so that when we went group camping we could have a nice hot shower using the TCs propane and potable water from the campground.
To start it off I added a “straight through” adaptor (no regulators)
from my tank and added a hose and “Y” to finish it off.
We also have a Paha Que tepee that sets up next to the TC but, I needed some place to hold the Zodi so as to gain access to it while in the shower.
This is what I came up with. It’s made of steel that has rubber dipped ends where it touches the TC and the rest of it is sprayed with rubberized undercoat.
The whole system is 13 inches away from the exterior wall and stays right where it’s put.
