"I" want to make the choice if going over the spec of B5 for my engine is ok, not someone that tells a state that they can only sell B10 or B15 or even B20. It's even worse in states where it's a mystery ride and have no idea what one is putting in their tank. :M
If someone wants to go over spec for their engine, knock yourself out, it's you truck and your money; do what you want.
I just hate putting anything over B5 in my engine because the engineers that designed "my engine" said don't do it. But in some states I travel through I have to because some jackhole mandated B6+.
