Hey Hegemon, that looks like a fun project. We picked up a '78 wilderness and had to deal with some rot. The nice part is that the aluminum "skin" comes off easy. Then we just replaced the wood and remounted the 'skin'. No special tools, except, I did borrow a pneumatic stapler from my construction buddy.
