Pass through bath

If the DH does not like it, forget it. Expecting the other person to change their mind is a lost cause. It will always be a sore spot.

Personally I world never have a bath where the sink was across the hall from the rest of the bathroom. However others just love it.

Only the Master bedroom beyond, never saw a privacy issue with this as the toilet had a door on both sides, so if we had a guest they could close the door to the bedroom. This would really only be at night.

The current is what I refer to as a Master Suite, bed on slide-out, shower in corner and toilet across in a closet for lack of a better term. It came with an accordion wall between bed area and shower area which was clunky. DW replaced with a room darkening two panel curtain which is easier close and easier to exit.
Toilet is separate, and curtains keep light out of bed area if used by guest. Shower time, the whole forward area is available to the one showering.

This is the 2005 Copper Canyon, we love this layout.

We have the same exact bathroom layout as the 293 and love it. It was one of the main reasons we got our 5er. Our previous TT had an all in one bathroom with just one door and was cramped. We like the fact that the toilet is accessible while someone else can use the sink.

If you travel with folks you aren't on familiar terms with, it's a minor issue (we really don't spend of lot of time in the bedroom outside of sleeping).

For a couple or family where you've all seen each other, it's just not an issue.

What I really don't like are the pass thru baths with a separate corridor to go around them. The end result is a smaller bath and a lot of wasted space.

We have one in our Arctic Fox 32A and never gave it a second thought. It really takes no effort to close the other door if needed.
We could not be happier with the floor plan.

We like it.
On our last TT the bunk room was in the front and our queen bed room in the rear and it made it nice if anyone needed to go in the middle of the night.
They never had to bother the other people.
Our newer TT will have a Queen at both ends with the bath room in the middle, so it will be the same.

My Dad had one in his 5ver..

I was never impressed with the idea that a person would be "stuck" on the wrong end of the trailer while someone else is in the bath.

In my Dad's case, the bath was in between the master bedroom and the rest of the trailer.. So, one could possibly get stuck in the master bedroom.. Since it did not have a outside door and the master was over top the hitch and jumping out a window at that height for some reason doesn't sound like a great idea..

So, yeah, to me unless that trailer has an exit to the outside world on each side of the bath no way I would ever consider that.
