Please Help me. I am soo confused and cant figure this out.

Question

Hello i have a 99 Fleetwood Mallard 27G trailer and when i bought it the guy told me it had a new roof. cuz it leaked and in the back bedroom floor had rotten spots so he had a new roof put on. and as far as i can tell its a fairly new roof. nothin leaks that i know of. So in the process of customizing the inside of the camper i noticed this today that wasnt there when i took the cabnit door off. it looks like a pin sticking threw the wall from the outside and brown **** on the wall i felt it and its dry. what do you all think?

And theres these lil bumps with orange things coming out? i have no idea what the heck is going on?

Can anyone help me? i am stumped.

looks like you have a leak.  the first picture looks like something liquid running down the wall.

Leak. You need to remove that wall board and investigate. Good luck.

pinholes are a water leak, the stain is prob due to it being dirty water from the roof (leaves and dirt on roof make rain/ runoff water dirty).  Check seams on roof and apply dicor or eternabond

Had a similar issue in a bedroom ceiling in a prior house we owned. Tried everything to make it go away. Never did. It always came back.no leaks in the roof. Chemicals and sap used in the rafters and ceiling joists were bleeding through. House was over 40 years old and sap still leaking. Never did figure it out 100%.
