Power stabilizers quit

I went to the dealer yesterday. They told me that since it still under warranty I need to take it in, Thanks for your advice.

OK, try this. Get the long override crank and go to the street side of the unit and operate the jacks manually. See if they lower fairly easily. You'll be turning the motor, too, so you'll hear it whirring and feel resistance. The resistance should be constant.
After lowering the stabs half way, have your assistent hit the down button. If the stab doesn't work, turn the crank WHILE the down button is pressed.
No go? If so, slip the black, rubber covers off the motors and look for signs of water ingress. It is possible, though unlikely, that both motors have been ruined by water.
No? Then it's past time to get the test light and/or multimeter out and start back tracking the wiring.

I checked all the fuses with no luck. It must be something else?????

I blew a fuse on my 2604WS. it is a 25A fuse in the inside fuse panel. It may, or may not be, marked since the power stabs are an option and the installers on the assmb. line would be resonsible for doing that. Mine was on the left, IIRC.
BTW, the fuse panel at the converter has LEDs next to each fuse. The LEDs light when a fuse blows to let you know which one to replace. Pretty cool.

Okay now that you have confirmed that you found the correct fuses and they are not blown then the problem must lie elsewhere. Others have made suggestions as to what might be checked. If you have checked and eliminated them please advise by reply or else we won't know what else to suggest.

Your best bet may be to take it to the dealer and let them figure it out with the unit in front of them. Armchair diagnoses are often a waste of time for many reasons.

Low battery or problem connection. Is there an easy place to measure voltage at the stabilizer motor?

Where did you look?

Your Rockwood 2703 WS is essentially the same as my trailer so the fuses are just under the left front of the RV maybe a foot or two aft of the A frame. Trace the wires back from the battery, along the left side of the A-frame until you get under the trailer. There are 3 lines and 3 fuses. One is probably blown.

Are they getting juice? Can you hear the motors trying to work?

My rear motor got wet and froze up. Wouldn't work again until it thawed.

I looked around but could not find any fuses. Also check and cannot find a way to reset them. Any other suggestions? Thanks,
