mildly tuned 12v cummins superduty here, loaded pulling long hills hard, 1300 or so, I also have an air switch to kill the boost signal to the AFC, so I can kill some fuel if I see the egt's start to go higher.
But for the most part I just take it easy and keep them around 1150 1200
