This is of interest to me. When I inquired about service through Cummins NW they told me due to FCA's proprietary engine management, they could not work on them. They are willing to sell me parts, but were not willing to even do scheduled service much less repairs.
I'm sure FCA warranty claims that are Cummins related are charged back to them, but I do not think Cummins handles FCA customers directly. If this is different, enlighten me - I am posting this based on my experience between Navistar and Ford.
Cummins Southern Plains handles our 3500/4500/5500 mobile service trucks. The newest Cummins Insite version 8.1.1 has an update specifically for the Chrysler version of the ISB6.7L. You cannot hook up without the update to a 8.0 or higher version of Insite.
