Purchase in Canada, Register in USA

Question

Does anyone have some experience on purchasing a new RV from Canada and registering it in the States?

Outdoors RV manufactures in the States, and there is a dealer that has the trailer we want on the lot.

Can we buy this and have it pulled into the States without any hassles?

RV's are more expensive in Canada. In fact a lot of Canadians buy in the States and import to Canada. I have never heard on anyone importing to the States.
