I've owned nothing but Ford trucks for twenty years, but I think the 2005 6.0 will be my last. I just put $8000 into it after it blew the head gaskets at 96,000 miles. It should have been covered under warrantee, but Ford kept fixing the symptoms and ignoring the root causes until it was out of warrantee. I'm disappointed in the truck, but I'm even more disappointed in the way Ford treated me after being a loyal customer for 20 years.
