I have a 2006 F350 6.0L. I travel at night on hot days to keep the temps down. I've had a turbo go out (not under heavy use-going down hill). A bed pan gasket leak (Fords gasket redign that didn't work). A power window motor failure. All of these problems cleared under warranty. Main problem suggestions: A Bullet Proof Kit, head gaskets and ARP studs at Bullet Proof in Arizona.
