Question on condensation

You are having issues with enthalpy. It completely changes with varying conditions. It isn't just humidity it's all conditions. The more even your temp and humidity is with outside the better off you are. Unless the trees are sweating opening the doors on the RV will help with the exception that your temp will drop. This is why insulation helps because it offsets those conditions. That is why opening a roof vent helps. I have no condensation in the mornings but the minute I get up, make coffee, turn up the heat, the windows condensate. However, enthalpy is brutal to control so at the end of the day you have to just deal with it or manage the best you can.

We do the Max air covers also but run a de-humidifier in the summer it terrible humid here and it helps the ac a bit to.

Crack a vent you'll be surprised at the difference.
Install a couple of MAXXAIR vent covers and leave the vents open.

A good reason to have Maxxair vent covers so the vents can be left open when it rains.

Here in Western Wa. it does the same thing. My in-laws had a heck of a time living in their fiver over a winter. The window channels were constantly full of water from the sweat and condensation from their breath.
It happens to us too when it's cold enough outside - just from our breath.

I wasn't cooking and no showers. This is why I could not understand it.

Not typical. When I drove to work this morning the same thing happened in my truck. Had to turn on the AC. The heavy condensation is because the humidity was about 100% today but cold. Cold + high humidity does this to any glass - outside air interface.

buy a small portable dehumidifier about 32 pint capacity. One of the real dehumidifiers with a compressor in it. about $100. run it all the time.

Crack a window or two, crack a vent or two, stop breathing, get some sort of mechanical humidifier, don't shower during that time, don't cook on the stove during that time, go outside.... ;)
