Up to 2012 the chassis is the same as 3rd Gen trucks which is solid. Not as robust as the '13 and up as there were big changes in the brakes frame and steering/ susp components in 13.
Still a fine truck.
The G56 trans is reliable but realize if it's stock it's underpowered compared to the HO motors by about 150 ft lbs if it is still stock.
Whether it has/had a tune or not, if it's still on the original clutch at 100k, it has not been beat on and you'll be due for a clutch SOON unless it was really babied IMO. The dmf clutches are the only Achilles heel in these trucks and they're still ok just not he greatest.
If it's in good overall condition and maintained well so far the only other big variable is injectors.
Without addl filtration you could be in for injectors by 150k but this is a toss up not an absolute.
Overall good truck you won't be disappointed.
