I don’t buy that a TC can’t be moved either by a tractor either. If it is truly an “emergency” who cares if it is damaged or not. More likely an imaginary event. :D. Again, I’m fine with excluding TCs if you want, but don’t try to make up excuses. To me, it’s like a friend who said the only real RVs were Class As.
As far as wind goes, my TC has ridden out 80 mph winds on the jack legs. 4000 lbs in a short length is very heavy compared to surface area. That includes virtually any travel trailer, for sure.
80 MPH winds did this to my camper in spring 2018 camper was as low as it could go still got blown over now I put it down on blocks so it is more stable
