Had an '85 Wilderness 22 footer, except for the rotten bathroom floor (which I replaced) it was in pristine condition. Unfortunately the floor plan didn't work for us so had to sell it. Was so clean and so cool, sold the first day to the first caller (we priced it pretty high too).

The upside to these older TT's? All USA or Canadian parts.

Love older trailers and watching the rebuilds. Hope to have one someday

Jalousie windows are pretty cool looking and they are great for rainy weather. Looks like you got a good one going there. Keep us updated and hopefully others will find some good info.

Update patent filed in 1955 and granted in 1958.

Did I mention that I also have a Coleman Pop Up that I'm working on as well? It's a '93 Americana Brandywine model and it's destined to be a permanent storage trailer.

I found a video on YouTube last night about finding serial numbers on older trailers and cleaned off the trailer hitch tongue and this is wht I found.



If the harder to read stamping on the edge is the serial number than it might be a 1976 model?

Cool project!

Some friends had a late '70s Midas class C motor home. Judging from some of the components (my dad has a '77 Jayco travel trailer) I'd say this is late '70s not early.
