In many cases it
can be a big deal. That's 100 lbs of
bouncing weight as far aft of the axles as it could be so the effect is magnified in a real situation when rolling down the highway. Secondly, while this may not have much negative affect on tongue weight for a 30'+ trailer running 1000+ lbs of gross tongue weight it sure can for a much shorter 20' running half that. :E
