A number of folks requested copies of this dessert recipe from the North-East Truck Camper Jamboree in Gettysburg this past weekend. So, here it is, by popular demand!!!
Graham Cracker Brickle
Lightly grease or spray Pam on a 171/2 X 13" jelly roll pan.
Melt 1C. of butter, 1/2C. sugar and 1tsp. vanilla. Stir until blended and boil 2minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and add 1/2C. chopped pecans.
Drizzle mixture over crackers and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cool slightly but while still warm, remove from pan to wax paper and cool completely.
