I installed a pair on my DB's 2000 Chevy 1500 and on my 2008 Chevy 2500HD in 2010. They raised the 2500HD 1" in the rear and 1 1/2" on the 1500. On the 2500HD I noticed a small improvement in the ride. Both trucks were 2 wheel drive. I did not drive the 1500 but my DB is very happy with the suspension. Very easy to install. The Chevy 1500 now has 265K miles.

I've looked at them over the years... Just never thought how they actually work for the $$ they want for them??

I only have a puny 1/2 ton, but decided on these for my "overload" springs..

Hellwig "2500" overload springs...

For me, this just works best...

I am not seeing deceptive advertising but you are entitled to your opinion . I was hoping to find someone who had experience with the product . Roadmaster is a reputable company .

Never seen them before. Went to their site and they've been dishonest right off the bat with their language.
"Proven to strengthen leaf springs..." A leaf spring is what it is. Heat treatment and material selection is what effects a leaf spring's strength.
Anything added effects its performance, not strength.
Deceptive wording is a pet peeve.... ๐Ÿ™‚
