My son had a Rockwood ultra light. Not exactly what you are asking about but he ended up hating it. It had a foam sandwich floor which disintegrated and became very soft in the main traffic area. No, it didn't have any water damage. He also didn't like the flat roof. After a few years it tended to pool water near the ac as the roof settled just a little.
What did he get instead? Assuming he doesn't still have it?
An older FW 2003. 5/8 floor. Arched roof and hopefully a Lippert frame that will hold up. he had 15 or so people look at the Rockwood and the turn off was when they felt the soft floor. Of course the ones that knew something about RV's suspected water damage. The guy who finally bought it needed one quickly to live in so my son came down a good deal on the price.
It wasn't a bad RV and he wanted something larger so it was time to move on. It was just the way they built the floor and if it hadn't softened he would have done about $2,000 better on the sale. We learn as we own RV's and find out things that are good or bad among them.
