OP stated 15-40. That isn't T6. T6 is 5-40. 15-40 is conventional not synthetic and Menards is cheaper on both.
In that case, the best deal I've found is the DELO 400 (dino oil) at Costco. 3 gallons is normally $38.95 but it goes on sale about 3 times a year for $29.95 for 3 gallons. 10 bucks a jug is cheapest I've found.
