Rotella T6

Yeah, I felt cheated and was pretty chaffed about it. :(

T6 5w-40 Diesel

Walmart was good last time I used the rebate.

I bought 6 jugs of T6 5/40 full synthetic and just received my check today for $28. Reimbursed for 4 of them. Next time I'll buy only 4, but I go through a lot with my pickup at 20k miles a year and 3 quads.

Actually Walmart is listed as one of the participating retailers. Well, Walmart.com anyway.

I've filled out lots of rebate forms, including some from Shell when I was still using Rotella, and have never been ripped off.

Go to the website and find the list of participating retailers. Last time I looked, Walmart was not on there, so don't buy there expecting to get the rebate. I have given up on oil company rebates, read rules carefully, complied fully and never got a dime.

Rebates look like its restricted to just the 5w-30 in the T6 1 gallon jugs, nothing on the 5w-40 ,unless buying either 2.5 or 5 gal , doesn't specify on the 2.5 or 5 gallon .

It shouldn't be an issue, the rebate form says a limit of 4 rebates per person.

I did it twice last year and had no problem getting money back for each gallon, here is the info off their website...doesn't look like it changed:
