You haven't mentioned your trailer's model year so although condition may help convince a prospective purchaser to buy it's unlikely to have much impact on price as any that are relatively new
should show well anyway. Once about 7 years old
any trailer by that time is realistically only worth at retail what someone else may be convinced to pay for it as it's book wholesale value will be so little so condition may help you here a bit. All it takes is one interested party though so good luck with it. :)
