- rbpruExplorer III asked the dealer to throw in the hitch with the sale. He gave me a Blue Ox and showed me how to use it during the walk through.
The tech said I would probably have to adjust it once the TT was loaded.
The hitch manual says to adjust it so the truck and TT are level. So, I bring it up one or two links, depending on the load and the ride.
Never had a towing issue. - Mark_and_LindaExplorerLike was mentioned above..dealer set up and then tweak. When I bought my trailer, the hitch was setup at the dealer...after loading and things, I was still working on getting it tweaked in to where I wanted it...a month or so later. Just take time...and get it where you want it.
- PCronin68Explorerget a good hitch that also has built in sway control....worth the added expense over those cheap round bar setups

Those will work, thanks for the help. Just sold my motorhome and picking up our new TT in a couple of weeks. Just want to get it set up correctly. Our last TT was many years ago.
Get the dealer to throw the hitch in, and set it up. Then you will only have to tweak it some after you load it. - JnJnKatiebugExplorerThose will work, thanks for the help.
