silverado 1/2 ton with 5.7L V8
Does anyone pull a 20 foot trailer with the subject truck? If so, I would love to hear how the truck handles the load.

I wouldn't go by length to determine how well that truck will tow. The question should be "how much does it weigh"? A 20' trailer can weigh 3000lbs or 10000+lbs. Big difference in how they will tow.
