OR get a 3M eraser wheel and just erase them off the truck with your drill. WOrks pretty good, very little glue residue cleanup usually.
Torch?..No!..Scrubbing? No!!..Follow the above..heat gun or hair dryer to remove the decal (sometimes in pieces) Then use something like goof off and allow the adhesive to get gummy..gently rub with cloth or paper towel and changing out the towel or cloth as needed..let the petroleum do the work..wax after cleaning/rinsing..
