- r47smileyExplorerMy Sirius doesnt work with the TC on.
- PowelligatorExplorerHere's an old post that describes how to solve this problem on a Ford Super Duty. One thing to note is that if your vehicle has both navigation *and* SiriusXM, the antenna used should be dual band, which is what Ford uses.

Joe - JimK-NYExplorer IIthanks. will check.
- NatParkJunkieExplorer IIIMy truck only has the radio. No GPS. If you're has GPS as well, you might need a different antenna. I'm sure there's a different external antenna that would cover both.
- JimK-NYExplorer IIThanks, still confused. I thought the shark fin was also a gps antenna for the nav systems as well as a Sirius radio antenna.
- billyray50ExplorerThanks Matt. Sirius works intermittently when TC is on Truck for me. Will purchase this soon.

I am not sure what an A pillar is. Can you be more specific on accessing the connections? Thanks.
It's the pillar between the front windshield and the front passenger window, that holds up the roof. On my truck, there's a couple screws to take out, and the whole piece of plastic sides out. My antenna connection was tucked in right behind that. Ford/Chevy may have their connections somewhere else, or all the way back behind the radio head. - JimK-NYExplorer III am not sure what an A pillar is. - NatParkJunkieExplorer IIIMy sirius radio doesn't work at all when the camper is on.
I bought this replacement antenna for $15 on Amazon. link.
On my Ram 3500, there is a sirius antenna connector in the passenger side A pillar. I just disconnected the antenna going to the roof, and plugged this replacement in. The wire runs through the door jam, and I stuck it on the hood of the truck with its magnet. The replacement antenna works perfect. No signal issues. - MORSNOWNavigator III
