Recently bought a new camper with a slide out. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to maintain the slide out seals?

Thanks for your help,

we were told by Jayco service to use talcum powder (not with cornstarch) just talcum powder. Put it on sparingly with a broom or brush, run the slides in and out

My Lance instructions say to use "303 Protectant" it has worked well since 2003... it doesn't atract dirt and it soesn't make neophrene brak down.
