Slide out while hitched
Is it safe to extend my super slide for one night while hitched to my truck? Some say it's o.k. as long as you're level & have stabilizer jacks down. True or false?

Thanks to all for your input on slide-outs. Here's another question. There is a storage area under my sofa that is positioned in the slide room. The slide floor is not flush with the other floor. Since it's not o.k. to step on my slide floor while retracted,nor use the slide area while retracted, is it o.k to store items under the sofa, such as guitars etc., while traveling. My concern is the weight of items stored.
