Slide Topper

I have a 2007 CR Cruiser 31RL travel trailer and I want to add a slide topper to it but there looks to be only an inch gap from the top of the slide to the bottom of the gutter.
Is that enough room to mount the awning rail for the topper?
Do any of y'all have the same trailer with a topper that you can snap a picture of the mounting.
Thanks

Thanks for the input guys.
Clearly not the best angle to shed water but something is better then nothing so I will go for it.

There should be enough room. The only thing attached to the side of the trailer is a narrow strip to attach the topper fabric, similar to the awning attachment. The whole roll-up mechanism is attached to the top edge of the slide face where there is more room.

You can do it...but it will pool water bad. My slide gutters have the awning rail built in and was close like yours. I added another awning rail above the gutter so it would shed the water easier.
