Slideout Squeel

I know this issue has been discussed numerous times and the answers range from using slideout lubricant to take it to the dealer for repair. I've done both! Lubricant had no effect at all and the dealer says the slideout is not mis-alligned and to lubricate anything further than I already have, would mean they have to drill holes and squirt lubricant onto the worm gear. I won't have this done because I can see all sorts of other issues down the road with doing this. So I was wondering if anyone knows how to tell who manufactures the slideout mechanism I have. Will there be some sort of marking on it? I'd like to try and find a schematic or drawing of it to determine where I may have missed lubricating it and see if that helps at all. Is there part of the unit that might be enclosed under the trailer that isn't visible that needs lubricating? I know it's a mechanical type and not hydraulic. If it helps at all, it's on a 2014 Heartland Trail Runner. Thanks!

I asked him to do one thing and he didn't do any of them.

Squeal is usually from the rubber dragging on the slide. No biggie.
