You don't want anything that can attract dirt. - Bigbird65ExplorerWhen we first got our trailer I made the mistake of using wheel bearing grease on the lead screws of the manual stabilizer jacks. They turned so easily that under pressure they would unwind or turn back several turns when the pressure was relieved. The fix was to remove the grease with solvent and spray on a lite coat of WD40 to prevent any chance of rusting.
