Suspenson
Thinking about doing a small up grade to the suspension on my 26TH toy hauler. I am trying to decide between the MORryde UO12-016 Heavy Duty Shackle Upgrade Kit or the DEXTER AXLE (K71-359-00 Heavy Duty Suspension Kit.
The only difference is that the Dexter kit includes new equalizers also. Price difference is about $50.00, so that is not really an issue. Both kits come with new bronze bushings, wet bolts and the heavier shackles. My question is which way would you guys go, Moryde or Dexter. At this time I am not even considering the more expensive equalizers or the shock kits. Just looking for some opinions on those two.
The trailer has about 8000 miles on it right now and I just finished doing the bearing repack. I have not taken the suspension apart to check to see how bad the original is but every thing I have read says it is only good for a couple of thousand miles. Thanks in advance for your help and all opinions are appreciated.
