Sway bars?
We are about to purchase a 26'5" TT and was wondering if i should spend the $1000+-on the sway hitch bars or not? Any thoughts? Please help the new guy.

More details are required. What are the dry weights of this TT, tongue and total? What is your tow vehicle and it's receiver ratings?
Guessing without that information, but half ton or smaller TV, you probably need weight distribution as 26.5' probably means over the 600 pounds of loaded TW that most receivers have.
$1000CAN is a lot for pretty much any WDH except the ones that cost $2500-3500CAN. I'm pretty sure the dealer is not selling those premium hitches at a discount.
Equal-i-zer 4-pt and Reese Straight Line are the two I recommend, both can be has for under $500USD.
