    Stableloads or Hellwig sway bar?

Stableloads are for making your suspension carry its weight higher (less truck sag with weight on board).

sway bars are meant to stop the truck from swaying from one side to other.
a sway bar will not change your ride height, and will not add weight carrying capacity. it just is a spring that resists the truck from swaying from side to side.

    X2 -
fishhunter, you've misunderstood the purpose of Stableloads. They will help a little for sway, but their main purpose is to engage overload springs sooner to level out your truck more with a heavy load. By engaging the overloads sooner, you're making the springs help with sway control, which isn't a spring's primary purpose.

Not Hellwig but RoadMaster. It was an amazing improvement on my 2004 F-350 dually.

Couldn't agree more... I have both, RoadMasters front and rear, + StableLoads. Huge difference as I added each one.
  • Not Hellwig but RoadMaster. It was an amazing improvement on my 2004 F-350 dually.
Ironically, it also fits my 2015.
    Don"t have Stableloads..

  • I use both. Sometimes improvements work good in unison with each other
