I feel for you that's for sure. Stick to your guns. The way that's torn, in the location it's torn, there's no way you could have caused that damage short of putting a dish though the wall in that cabinet (kidding)..
You spend your hard earned money on a new rig and it's damaged already.
Then to get a reaction from your dealer like that is total BS. I just don't understand the business practices of some organizations.
