No horror stories here, bought my current 2003 2500HD Duramax Silverado LT new and 15 years later is has 292,000 miles and have been a solid truck. Replaced injectors at 100,000 under warranty.
Picking up a 2019 3500HD Duramax Silverado High Country Dully this Friday and plan to drive that truck for the next 15 years.
