The salesman pissed me off at ford and that is that. I am not brand loyal even though I have bought 4 fords in a row. In fact the fords have been less than good. The first 04 f150 was a turd and ford bought it back. The second was a ford f250 6.0. ford could not keep it running so I traded it for a 06 F350 6.0 and it was decent. the last was a 08 ford 6.4 it had 5K in warranty work done in the first 50K miles but has been ok for the next 50k miles. So I think its time for a change.
Wow. Just like that you go from ordering a Ford, to buying a Chebby dually 6.0 off the lot. Maybe you better take some time and think this through.
I can tell you that the dealer CAN give you a solid price on an ordered truck. What he CAN'T do is tell what (if any) incentives/ rebates will be at the time of delivery.
I bought a new 2013 F250 6.2, and I now own a 2015 F350 6.7 diesel. Any more questions?
