I messaged asking if it had any leaks, when the roof was last sealed, how old the tires were and when the last time the bearings were serviced was as well as what size ball the tongue accepted. The response I got was "you need to buy a new trailer" guessing its in poor condition from that response.
Maybe a little harsh but for $3800 you can bet the current owner isn't too interested in haggling over details such as tires, bearings, etc. FWIW, this 2406SL is a 2003, not 2002. Sunnybrook was purchased by Winnebago in Dec 2010 ... go here, scroll down to the bottom, click on Product Archive, and you can download a 2003 Sunnybrook brochure where you'll find all sorts of details, including the 2406SL. It doesn't indicate the ball size but it would have to be 2 & 5/16". Despite the reply you've received I'd look at it if the floor plan suits you otherwise.
