I just bought a Sherline #5780 2,000lb tongue weight scale off jet.com for $116 with free shipping. Just in case anybody else is looking for one.

I wonder if there are any low cost 500 pound scales out there for those with lightweight trailers? A 3,000 pound trailer could easily have a tongue weight of under 400 pounds, for instance.
