Built me a twin tube extension with a factory style blue oval camera from camera source. Even has license plate lights. Camper bumper just sets down on it. Last picture is before it was finished but it's the only one I have with the camper on. Can see the trailer ball and everything else to the rear with the camera.

The pictures above are not a stock Ford hitch receiver, but a dual hitch by Torklift. They also sell a attachment for the camper to hook to, but that is not shown in these pictures. Also the upright section for the camera mount was installed by the very skilled owner who posted these pictures. He has a very heavy duty hitch set-up, one that puts the Ford 2.5" receiver rated at 12,000 pounds (or is it 15,000 pounds?) to shame.
Good luck!
