Torx T20 8 point bit?
I'm working on a project on my TT and the screws that I need to remove appear to be Torx T20 type but instead of the normal 6 points, these things have 8 points. WEIRD! I've checked my local sources...

Went into closest name-brand building supply store to get 1 1/2 deck screws. Preferred square drive heads, as I have used many and have a number of hardened square bits for that purpose. Turns out that all have been replaced with t-20 star heads. They did come in white, which was good, as I would not have to go back and paint them. Point of posting, these are one of the worst products I have ever used. just about any tourque at all will strip the stars, and I am using the recommended bit made for those screws. I did set the torque on my driver to just sink them good, but any more and they strip. if they ever need to come out, the only solution is probably a hacksaw blade. So AVOID these if you can.
