Ultimately that is one of the reason the forum is still enjoyable.
While the questions can be somewhat repetitive the reponses are not.
Let the conversations flow freely, as long as they are not insulting and angry let the thoughts on a subject run their course, wherever they take us. Moderators will intervene if theystray too far.
Often comments will stray or approach the subject from a different angle, but those replies are still informative and worthwhile.

Flat ground and long 6% grades???
Yeah .. I had a good laugh at that comment...which may have been true in the '90s era when diesel engines in our pickups had 180-200 hp and 420-460 torque.
My old '03 Dodge/Cummins 305 hp and 555 torque nv5600 3.73 gears pulls my 11.5k 5th wheel rv trailer or a fully loaded 16k GN triaxle stock trailer great...and gets 11-12 mpg pulling and 21-22 mpgs empty.
No doubt the 3.5 EB is a good engine in the F150 and will work fine for the size trailers F150 owners are using.... but its sure not in the same league as my early '00s Dodge/Cummins.

Ultimately they become a niche truck limited to 7500# GVR TT's. They lack what it takes to be a true heavy duty truck. It wasn't intended to be a heavy duty truck. Not everyone needs a jackhammer to drive a thumb tack.

I've been saying that since I started posting on here in 2001....
Choose TV based on payload needs, drivetrain based on your performance needs and wants.
