Towing with F250
I am new to camping and recently purchased a 34 foot puma trailer. It has the delux accommodation package with the bunkhouse. So far so good.
I have an older Ford F250, 1974. I pulled the trailer home from the dealer the past weekend, and surprised the wife, for Valentines day.
I am not sure this truck will pull this big of a trailer,at the hitch point, I had a lot of sagging and the front end was clear pointing up. I am researching the weight hitches, but am not sure that will solve the problem.
We have a trip planned end of March, south Texas. Looking forward to some good texmex in San Antonio.
Nonetheless, is there some adjustment or anything I can do with my existing truck. She has been well cared for and only has 53k miles, so I don't have any doubt she would make it,, just not sure it can pull that trailer.
Thank you,
Harrold
