Anyone tow with the new Toyota V8? Would it handle a 7600 PD TT??
Keep am eye on your payload.I have the 2012 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 5.7v8 4x4. It has plenty of power but its the payload you got to be concerned about. - Ron3rdExplorer III

X2. '07 owner here with 70K on the clock. Very satisfied so far. - camp-n-familyExplorerIt'll tow it no problem but as mentioned you need to keep an eye on the payload. You will max out on payload way before you overload the engine.
- APTExplorerThe Tundra 5.7L is strong. It tows RVs at and slightly over its ratings very well. But it is still limited by payload in most RVing cases. 7000 pounds loaded (6k dry) is my recommended limit for the more capable half tons.
You did not specify if 7600 pounds was dry published weight, or estimated loaded weight, or GVWR. 7600 pounds dry is too much for most Tundras. That's more like 9000 pounds loaded with 1100-1200 pounds of TW. With 1300-1600 pounds of payload, that leaves little left for people inside the cab and camping gear in the truck bed. - samsontdogExplorerThanks everyone !! I think I will keep my 3/4 V10 F250 Ford for towing

I had a Tundra and loved it...ran out of payload. The trade up to the new truck was a bit of a kick in the pants.
I would keep what you got!
