By definition, an Air Conditioner is also a dehumidifier... otherwise, it'd just be a swamp cooler.
To the OP, I'd put a 15k unit in the living area and put the 13.5k unit in the bedroom. I've been toying with the idea of doing this myself as well, but my trailer isn't pre-wired, so I've got to be more creative.
I think anything longer than 27' needs two A/Cs when you are anywhere in the south.
