We had our 5er for 14 years. Wife and I agreed that we needed a trailer that is lower to the ground with no inside stairs. At 73 yrs of age, our knees are not what they once were. We had a 32ft 5er with 2 slides. We now have a 30ft TT with 3 slides. It is a Rockwood and the wife just loves it. Happy camping to all...........

Towing should be great as long as you have an adequate tow vehicle and setup. I did the same thing and enjoy the lower platform and less steps inside. I take a lot of back roads and whacked a few tree limbs with the 5er that I now pass under without any worry.

What do you think about the towing differences between the two rigs?
