trailer cover

Hi all, I just purchased a cover for our trailer and realized there is no protection from the antenna. Do you guys put something over the antenna under the cover?

I'm just afraid of the wind blowing and it ripping on a sharp point of the antenna.

    When we use to cover our TT (we don't any more), I'd take the antenna off. Remove the set screw and it comes clear off. I noticed there is a sharp edge on the part where the set screw is, so the antenna could swing different directions. I simply placed a plastic bowl over the top of the whole thing then, then put the cover over it. It held in place until Spring and then put the antenna back on. Did that for several years.

    Do you mean the radio ant? If so then I just loosen the set screw and rotate it down flat against the roof.
